I graduated summa cum laude from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at Eötvös Loránd University in 1998. In 1999, I took a six-month human rights course at the University of Birmingham, during which I worked at law firms and civil society organizations in London. I started my career at an international law firm and the Department of Constitutional Law at Central European University. Later, I worked as a legal and administrative advisor to the Budapest Metropolitan Government. Since 2007, I have been working as the head of Sirály és Társai Law Firm (www.drsk.hu).

I am a member of the Budapest Bar Association. I have been an accredited public procurement consultant since 2009. In 2017, I obtained a degree in public procurement law from the Dublin Bar Association.

My main areas of expertise are public procurement law, construction law, EU law-related litigation, state aid law, and public service law. My firm provides comprehensive legal advice on public procurement, both for the public sector on the contracting authority side and for economic operators on the tenderer side. My office also provides arbitration and litigation representation. I have been involved in the drafting of numerous public service contract agreements on behalf of state-owned and municipal companies.

I have extensive experience in providing legal support throughout the entire construction project process, from feasibility studies, design competitions, and planning to licensing and completion of construction. I regularly collaborate with architects, engineering firms, and construction companies. In recent years, I have been involved in providing legal support for the implementation of a number of high-profile public projects in the fields of transport, urban development and urban regeneration.

My clients include private and state-owned companies, municipal companies providing public services, church organizations, civil organizations, cultural institutions, sports organizations, and organizers of sporting events.

My law firm currently employs one managing attorney, three associate attorneys, and one attorney-in-training.

My law firm is a member of the PONTES international law firm network, which has offices and teams of experts in seven countries in the CEE region (www.ponteslegal.eu).

I recently obtained a master's degree in international construction law (LLM) from Pantheon Assas II University in Paris.

I am a member of the seven-member Public Procurement Performance Evaluation Working Group established by the Deputy State Secretariat for Public Procurement of the Prime Minister's Office following the conditionality procedure.

At the request of the Hungarian Chamber of Architects, I participated as an advisor in the codification working group in the field of construction law and public construction projects.
